MPORTANT: Group Airfare Pricing

Whenever Kingdom Tours secures a group airfare booking, there are always two elements to the pricing:

Base Airfare - This category of cost remains relatively stable and unchanged over time. That is why Kingdom Tours will generally quote group airfare in our brochures with this cost element included. 

Taxes, Fuel Surcharges, and Fees - This category of cost may rise or fall over time as fuel costs change, new taxes go into effect, or new policies alter the fees associated with traveling through certain airports or countries. The estimate for this cost element is displayed in the terms and conditions of the trip's brochure.

Although Kingdom Tours typically reserves group airfare arrangements roughly 10-11 months before departure, these reservations are not finalized until after the Final Payment has been collected. 

Pilgrims who wish to take advantage of the group airfare booking provided by Kingdom Tours will be advised of any changes to the advertised price no fewer than 2 weeks prior to the Final Payment date (03/01/26). 

Pilgrims are free to change their registration to opt in or out of group airfare arrangements at any time prior to the Final Payment date (03/01/26).

If there is insufficient interest in utilizing the group airfare reserved by Kingdom Tours, Kingdom Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation, unless circumstances prevent this action, prior to the Final Payment date. 

If Kingdom Tours cancels a group airfare reservation, all registered pilgrims will be considered Land Only travelers and therefore responsible for making their own flight arrangements departing from and returning to their airport of origin. 

Any flights that are written as part of a group's planned pilgrimage itinerary are included with every tour package. 

Note: A change in the cost to group airfare arrangements is not considered a valid reason to cancel participation in the trip as a whole. Any such cancellations will be subject to all applicable fees as described in the "Individual Cancellation Fees & Refunds" section of the trip's Terms and Conditions. 

Deposit of $500 per person is required upon registration along with a signed copy of the registration form on or before. A second payment of $1500 is required on or before 180 days prior to departure. Final payment is due 120 days prior to departure. Late payments are subject to $200 late fee. Kingdom Tours reserves the right to cancel reservations whose payments are 30 days late and to apply applicable cancellation/ penalties indicated below. No registrations can be made over the telephone. Registrations made within 100 days of departure may be subject to a late charge.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION FEES & REFUNDS: Upon cancellation of participation of tour by you, the registrant, for any reason, and only after Kingdom Tours receives your signed cancellation will Kingdom Tours proceed with issuing your refund due according to the schedule below. The refund process is typically completed within 8 to 10 weeks of receipt of written notice of cancellation. Kingdom Tours will then refund your payment for services not received by you, minus applicable cancellation fees per person, according to the following schedule:

（1）Minimum cancellation fee is $350 from time of registration up to 180 days before the tour’s departure date.

（2） From 120 to 60 days before departure day, the cancellation fee is $350 + 30% of the total price.

（3） From 59 days before departure day, the cancellation fee is $350 + 50% of the total price.
