Airfare Terms and Conditions

Group airfare rates are estimated 9–12 months in advance of the trip based on the best available pricing at the time. Final airfare costs are not confirmed until tickets are purchased, typically around 90 days prior to departure. While rare, if the actual airfare exceeds the original estimate, travelers will be responsible for paying the difference. Travelers are welcome to opt out of group airfare and arrange their own flights at any time.
